By using Paperwala you agree to these terms. They are short, and written to be read.
1. Personal study use
Notes and papers on Paperwala are shared to help students prepare for exams. You may view and download them for your own study. Don’t resell them, re-host them as your own collection, or pass them off as your own work.
2. No guarantee of accuracy
We work to keep papers correctly labelled, but mistakes happen — a wrong year, a missing page, an outdated syllabus. Always check your current syllabus and official notices with your university. Paperwala is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
3. The AI assistant
The assistant only links to files that exist on the site, but its wording can still be wrong. Treat its answers as a quick way to find a paper, not as academic advice.
4. Fair use of the site
Don’t try to disrupt the site, scrape it in bulk, get around rate limits, or reach the admin area without permission.
5. Content you send us
If you share notes or papers, you confirm you have the right to share them, and you let us publish them on Paperwala for free study use. You can ask us to take them down at any time.
6. Copyright
If you own the rights to something on this site and want it removed, follow the steps on Copyright & content removal.
7. Links to other sites
Files open on Google Drive, and some links lead to other websites. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Paperwala is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or its content, including exam results.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
